Andy Engel has over 25 years of experience representing individuals and companies throughout Ohio in a wide range of litigation matters – from creditor’s rights to consumer law to commercial litigation and real estate.

Andy’s expertise lies in representing banks, credit unions, and medical providers in bankruptcy and collection matters. He has also represented Ohio homeowners in mortgage servicing issues and foreclosure cases. Additionally, he has assisted Ohio consumers in cases such as debt collection abuse, warranty claims, home improvement disputes, and credit reporting issues.

Andy has been a featured speaker at continuing legal education seminars and the Ohio Judicial College and he has also taught courses in real estate and business law at Sinclair Community College and the University of Phoenix.
